What is it?
Custom Orthotics are inserts that go into your shoes for work, running, sports, or everyday use. They can be a custom insert made from a mold of your foot or an off the shelf insert that is customized for your specific needs.
Why do we use it?
Custom orthotics are used to treat a wide variety of foot and lower extremity problems including plantar fasciitis, morton’s neuromas, achilles tendonitis, etc. They can also be used as part of treating low back pain that may be caused by abnormal foot biomechanics.
