About Dr. Michael Krasnov

Chiropractor - Durham, NC

My first encounter with a chiropractor was similar to the experience of many of my new patients. I had a problem, in my case hip pain, that conventional medicine was unable to resolve, and someone suggested I see a chiropractor.  I was an avid martial artist and my hip pain was preventing me from engaging in the sport I loved.

I went to two different medical doctors. The first told me to stop doing martial arts and the second wanted me to take a lot of pain pills. When someone told me I should see I chiropractor, I had no idea what a chiropractor was or did.  But I figured I had nothing to lose.

After my first treatment I already felt better, and after several more treatments, and following the chiropractor’s advice on home care, I was back to normal. I was very impressed.

In fact, I was so impressed that when I needed to make a career choice, becoming a chiropractor was an easy decision.  I always liked working with my hands, and I was also very inclined towards a healthy lifestyle. Chiropractic just made sense.

I love being able to help people get out of pain as well as feel and perform better. I also enjoy giving them tools to foster lifelong health and wellness.

I consider it an honor every time a patient allows us to serve them, and we strive to give every patient a personalized and comfortable experience.

"Such a positive experience"

I’ve had such a positive experience with Dr. Krasnov! His approach is so much more than just adjustments. He integrates other methods (cupping, structural integration) to heal and relieve pain.

I came here for a hiatal hernia and was able to stop taking omeprazole for the first time in 28 years! He’s also worked wonders on my tight, achy back. I highly recommend coming and his staff is amazing as well. - Rhonda M.
